'CREAMFIELDS 2005'
CREAM / NEW STATE
2CD
(SEPTEMBER 2005)
Taking the reigns from Paul Oakenfold’s Grammy nominated 2004 ‘Creamfields’ mix album, this year is one of the trance genre's most established and respected producers, Ferry Corsten.
A pioneer and a dynamic force in the electronic dance music industry, Ferry Corsten never ceases to amaze, awe and even challenge his music contemporaries with the zest and talent he has in his productions and musical sets. He is widely recognized for opening the flood gates of Dutch producers and djs to the international music scene.
CD1 features a mixture of electro tinged house music mixed up with nu-trance such as Anthony Rothers' 'Father', House Headz awesome re work of 'Stella' current biggy from Thomas Andersson 'Washing Up', Fischerspooner 'Never Win', and FB feat Edun 'Who's Knocking'.
Whilst CD2 ups the pace with tracks from Dutch trancemeisters Elles De Graaf 'Show You My World', Duderstadt 'Mahanada', Ron Van De Beuken 'Sunset' alongside 'Sublime' from Ferry himself, Josh Gabriel's 'Alive', Marco V 'More Than A Life Away', and Radio 1's Fergie with 'Spin Energy', so - as you can probably tell - it's big hitters all the way!
