Drum'n'bass veteran Nookie returns with his eagerly awaited new album.

After being signed exclusively to Good Looking Records for the past five years Nookie (real name Gavin Cheung) has now parted company with LTJ Bukem's record label to concentrate on his own Phuzion Records and Strictly Digital MP3 download website.

True to form, Nookie has made sure his fifth album doesn't disappoint loyal fans of that seminal jazz-atmospheric sound. Those of you who reminisce on those days, reminisce no more as 'Beyond Blue' proves to you why we need this in the scene. High quality production, smooth deep pads, ultra funky/jazzy basslines, organic sounds, clean and crisp snares, crystal clear samples, soulful vocals, and superlative attention to detail abound here.
