DJ Friction is arguably the most popular DJ in drum'n'bass today; recently labelled by Pete Tong as “one of the big dogs”, DJ Friction has had an amazing 12 months playing all the summer’s festivals, being commissioned for a whole host of premium remixes, and most recently being one of only a handful of drum'n'bass DJs to be asked to provide BBC Radio 1 with a two hour “Essential Mix”.

Shogun Audio is the brain child of DJ Friction. The label has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2004, now viewed as a “buy on sight” imprint.
